MARK M. ABELLERA, Associate, MARK M. ABELLERA, Associate, is a graduate of DePaul University (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.) where he served as Lead Articles Editor of The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law and a member of the Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Council. Mark interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois and the City of Chicago, Department of Law. Mark concentrates his practice on, insurance coverage, insurance defense and commercial litigation.

Mark co-authored the chapter entitled “Expert Evidence—Law, Strategies and Best Practices” in the treatise, Product Liability Litigation: Current Law, Strategies and Best Practices, Practising Law Institute (2010).

Mark is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago.
