KEVIN C. CARLSON, Associate, is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A., English Literature, History, and Classical Studies) and the Loyola University-Chicago, School of Law (J.D.) where he served as a member of the school’s National Moot Court Team.
Kevin has extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters, including construction defect and construction personal injury defense, products liability, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and both trial and appellate advocacy. Kevin also routinely advises small businesses in startup operations, drafting corporate governance documents, contracts, and leases.
Kevin is admitted to practice in Illinois state and Federal courts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. |
