MAGGIE C. GOSSELIN, Associate, is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (B.A., B.S) and Southern Illinois University School of Law. (J.D.), where she served as Commentary Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Legal Medicine. Maggie specializes in insurance defense, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, construction site injuries, nursing home liability, medical malpractice, and appellate practice.  

Maggie has edited several articles and commentaries in the Journal of Legal Medicine, and authored the commentary “Medical Expert Witness Bias Due to Commonality of Insurance,” published in Journal of Legal Medicine, Vol. 23, Issue 3, 2002, and presented on this topic at the 2007 Annual Meeting for the American College of Legal Medicine.

Maggie is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
