THOMAS J. FINN, Partner, is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Chicago (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.). Tom served as a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney prior to joining the firm, where he prepared and tried over 250 bench trials and 45 jury trials. Since joining the firm, Tom has tried jury cases in State and Federal Courts in Illinois, Michigan, Kansas, Kentucky and Indiana. He specializes in first-party property matters, (fraud, arson, coverage) as well as subrogation cases. He also handles casualty, general liability and product liability cases. He has given presentations to insurance companies and industry-related groups. Tom is a member of the Illinois Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention, the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (past president of NSPII) and the Federal Trial Bar. Tom is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
