ROLAND S. KESKE, Partner, is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.). Roland specializes in construction defect and injury litigation, commercial litigation and casualty defense litigation. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
Roland has authored and edited several articles including “Multidisciplinary Practice of Law – Hazards of dual practice with respect to advertising, solicitation and the reasonableness of fees” from the November 1999 issue of the CBA Record, and the “Duty to Report Misconduct – The Illinois Supreme Court empowers attorneys to comply with their affirmative duty to report misconduct,” published in the spring 2000 issue of the American Bar Association’s The Professional Lawyer. He has also presented seminars regarding Residential Construction Defect Claims through the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Roland is admitted to practice in all Illinois state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Missouri, as well as the United States Supreme Court and has represented clients before the Appellate Courts of Illinois for the First, Second, and Third Districts. He is also licensed in the State of Missouri.
