ROLAND S. KESKE, Partner, is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.). Roland specializes in construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, coverage and casualty defense litigation. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and serves on the Committee on Professional Responsibility.
Roland has authored and edited several articles including “Multidisciplinary Practice of Law – Hazards of dual practice with respect to advertising, solicitation and the reasonableness of fees” from the November 1999 issue of the CBA Record, and the “Duty to Report Misconduct – The Illinois Supreme Court empowers attorneys to comply with their affirmative duty to report misconduct,” published in the spring 2000 issue of the American Bar Association’s The Professional Lawyer.
Roland is admitted to practice in all Illinois state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as the United States Supreme Court and has represented clients before the Appellate Courts of Illinois for the First, Second, and Third Districts. He is also licensed in the State of Missouri.
