WILLIAM P. McELLIGOTT, Partner, is a graduate of University of Illinois (B.A.) and IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law (J.D.).  Bill specializes in casualty defense litigation.  Emphasis in construction liability, vehicular accidents, premises liability, and consumer fraud litigation.  Bill practices in a wide array of counties including Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, and McHenry.  He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. 

Bill has lectured before the Illinois State Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee on the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund.  Bill is also a frequent lecturer to insurance company personnel on various litigation issues related to joint and several liability.

Bill is admitted to practice in all Illinois State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
