DANIEL J. OFFENBACH, Partner, is a graduate of Emory University (B.A.) and DePaul College of Law (J.D.). Dan specializes in construction defect cases, employers' liability issues, arson, fraud and first-party claims, as well as subrogation cases. He is an active participant in the Defense Research Institute Construction Law Section. Dan is a former member of the International Association of Automobile Theft Investigators and the Illinois Arson Prevention Committee. He has given presentations to insurance company personnel and industry groups and has served as a panelist for the Property Loss Research Bureau's Annual Loss Manager’s Conference. Dan is admitted to practice in all Illinois state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as the Appellate Courts of Illinois.
