ROBERT OSTOJIC, Partner, is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Accounting (B.S.), and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.). Robert specializes in large loss subrogation, construction defect and inland marine cases. Robert has tried cases in Federal and State courts and argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Illinois Supreme Court and Illinois Appellate Courts. He is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Illinois, the Appellate Bar for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Illinois Appellate Court, and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is also an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Robert is a frequent lecturer to insurance company personnel on various issues pertaining to subrogation handling loss investigation and general litigation matters.
