Our Professional Liability Practice Group has successfully defended attorneys, insurance agents, real estate agents, and medical professionals in malpractice actions. Our attorneys have experience defending physicians, nurses and hospitals in a wide range of medical specialties including obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, general surgery, oncology, urology, neurology, and orthopaedics. Our firm has lectured to professional organizations, including insurer risk management groups, on various malpractice topics.
