Dealt with legal and political complications to effect an early recovery after a major underground tunnel flood;
Developed a seven discipline expert team to determine the cause (and a successful recovery) after a major explosion at a sausage casing manufacturing plant;
Organized an insurers cooperative to effect a recovery after a major construction oversight resulted in a catastrophic explosion and fire;
Developed a sequential photo analysis of a large city block fire, which absolved the insured of liability and resulted in a sizeable subrogation recovery; and,
Established the origin of a transformer explosion as internal rather than external, resulting in a product liability recovery from the manufacturer.
