BRANDON M. CAVANAUGH, an Associate with the Firm, is a member of the firm's defense litigation team with a practice that focuses upon motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, construction negligence, construction defects and products liability. Brandon has appeared in federal and state courts throughout the United States and represents clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial motion practice, depositions, dispositive motions and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at a defense firm concentrating on aviation and aerospace claims, representing insurers, airlines, product manufacturers, and premises contractors.
Brandon is a graduate of Illinois State University (B.A.) and Loyola University-Chicago School of Law (J.D.). Brandon is licensed in Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Illinois.
